Store Policies

Shipping Time. All credit card orders are processed and charged within 1-2 business days prior to shipment from our warehouse.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Product Availability. Many of our items are overstock or seasonal items and because of high product demand and order volume, we cannot guarantee that any item will remain in stock-even if it appeared on the web site at the time of your order. Our order processing staff works diligently to stay ahead of manufacturing trends to insure product availability. However, products are never guaranteed in stock and may become unavailable after you place your order.

Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service Department via e-mail or our toll-free number for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any returned merchandise must be authorized by our Return Department. For questions about returning merchandise contact the Return Department via e-mail or our toll-free number for assistance. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

1. Return the item to the address given to you by our Return Department.

2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Your are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item(s)you purchase from us.

Discontinued or Out of Stock Items. If an item is found to be out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable after an order has been placed, a refund, including any applicable shipping and handling, will be processed and you will be notified via the e-mail address you provided at the time the order was placed. If no e-mail address is provided, you will not be notified of the refund and will only see the credit on your monthly account statement. On some orders, we may, at our discretion, choose to ship the majority of merchandise ordered and issue a refund for any remaining merchandise not yet shipped.

Cancellation Policy. Any order maybe canceled prior to shipment. If an order is canceled after shipment, please refer to our return policy for directions
